Tower 1 - Mutual Aid Response to Assist Meat Camp Fire Department

Boone Fire aerial, Tower 1, responded to assist Meat Camp Fire Department at the scene of a fire in a silo at a furniture manufacturing facility. Tower 1 was used to access the top of the silo and apply water to the fire. Tower 1 was committed to this incident for approximately two hours.

Commercial Motor Vehicle Accident

July 2007

Boone Fire responded to a report of a commercial motor vehicle accident with the vehicle overturned off the roadway. The vehicle left the roadway and rolled down an embankment striking a row of storage units. A passenger vehicle traveling on the wrong side of the roadway forced the truck onto the shoulder of the road and down the embankment. The driver of the truck suffered minor injuries.

	Southern Area Type I Incident Management - Blue Team Florida - Bugaboo Fire Spring 2007 Shortly after returning from the Big Turnaround Complex, Captain Isaacs was deployed to Florida as a member of the Type I Southern Area Incident Management Team – Blue Team. Captain Isaacs worked as a Structure Protection Group Supervisor on the Bugaboo Fire.
	Southern Area Type 2 IMT Big Turnaround Complex Spring 2007 In mid April, Captain Isaacs, head of operations for the Boone Fire Department, deployed to Georgia to assist a Type II Southern Area Incident Management Team at the Big Turnaround Complex fire. Captain Isaacs served a group supervisor in charge of structure protection.
